Lots of new recipes coming soon!

I have been super busy scaling recipes all ways to Sunday for my fall classes, as well as stuff we have added to the bakery lineup. So, while I normally like to add a post that have photos and “how to” comments, I’m going to be posting the recipes without much extra. The main purpose for this is to have an easy way to share recipes that I have been referring to in coaching high school kiddos that are preparing for statewide culinary competitions. This way they can easily look up and reference formulas they may need for their competition menus.

“What if I’m not the best baker and need help with technical direction?” No worries! Always feel free to ask questions in the comments, I will do my best to answer them quickly. I’ll add photos and more detail as I move through making these recipes again!
